Home of one of the World Heritage Sites of UNESCO and the first marine park in Panama, Bocas Del Toro is considered one of the best ecotourism destinations in the country. Known as the ‘Galapagos of the Caribbean’ Bocas Del Toro is one of the most biologically diverse places on the planet. Its famous Colon Island, surrounded by clear waters and large marine biodiversity. During our stay we will be able to choose visiting several natural attractions such as Dolphin Bay, Coral Cay, Red Frog Island, Playa de las Estrellas and the stunning Zapatilla Cay. In this beautiful Caribbean place, highlighted by its cuisine rich in seafood, combined with the delicious taste of coconut and other fruits of the region, surely we’ll enjoy moments dancing to calypso.
OPTION 1: DOLPHIN BAY – CORAL CAY – RED FROG – PUNTA HOSPITAL
We will visit the Bocatorito Lake; surrounded by small mangroves that form a kind of raft inhabited by several families of dolphins bottle nose; after seeing the dolphins, we headed to Coral Cay to discover the stunning coral formation and its rich marine wildlife; then, we will enjoy lunch in one of their restaurants. After that, we head to Bastimentos Island, where we cross to reach Red Frog Island on the other side of the Bastimento Island, after two and a half hours, we sail to Punta hospital; a small beach to practice snorkeling.
